Cynthia Enloe is a feminist writer, theorist, and professor known for her work on gender and militarism. Enloe is a member of the Women's International League for Peace & Freedom (WILPF) Academic Network (https://www.wilpf.org/).
Translations were made by Prof. Zuhal Yeşilyurt Gündüz, the director of TED University Center for Gender Studies, and Tuğçe Çetinkaya, the Administrative Responsible of the Center, with the aim and hope that translating the texts of feminist writers into many languages will contribute to international and transnational feminist consciousness and solidarity.
