Our event will start with an informative speech by Almut Schnerring from the Equal Care Day Initiative on how Equal Care Day began and how it is progressing. Afterwards, the scholarship students of TED University Center for Gender Studies, Büşra Seray Düzyol and Hayriye Çukurlu, will illustrate the Center’s works on Equal Care. After the general framework, İpek İlkkaracan, Professor of Economics at Istanbul Technical University (ITU), will give her speech entitled “A Proposal for Equal Care from Turkey: Purple Economy.”
